Agreement Terms

Terms And Conditions For Platinum Dolls Webcam Modelling Agency

The following terms apply to applicants and models working with Platinum Dolls.

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your relationship with Platinum Dolls, hereafter referred to as the Agency or we, and your participation as a webcam model, hereafter referred to as the Model or you. By signing up with Platinum Dolls, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not proceed with the registration process.

2. Eligibility

The Model must be at least 18 years of age or older to participate. The Model must provide accurate and truthful information during the registration process. The Model must have access to a reliable internet connection and suitable equipment for webcam modelling.

3. Platinum Dolls Representation

By signing up with Platinum Dolls, the Model agrees to grant Platinum Dolls the exclusive right to represent them on the Streamate platform for a rolling period of six months. This rolling period resets every time you log in and start streaming. During the term of representation, the Model agrees to conduct all webcam modelling activities exclusively through Platinum Dolls on the Streamate platform. If the Model joins Streamate under Platinum Dolls, they agree to be tied to Platinum Dolls for a period of six months. In the event the Model wishes to terminate their representation with Platinum Dolls before the expiration of the six-month period, they must provide written notice to Platinum Dolls. However, the Model acknowledges and agrees that they will be unable to use the Streamate platform for a further six months from the date of termination of their representation with Platinum Dolls. The Model acknowledges that any attempt to circumvent this exclusivity clause on the Streamate platform may result in termination of their contract with Platinum Dolls.

4. Duration Of Representation

The term of representation with Platinum Dolls shall commence upon the Model's registration with Platinum Dolls and shall continue for a rolling period of six months for the Streamate platform. This rolling period resets every time you log in and start streaming. If the Model wishes to terminate their representation with Platinum Dolls before the expiration of the six-month period, they must provide written notice to Platinum Dolls. However, the Model acknowledges and agrees that they will be unable to use the Streamate platform for a further six months from the date of termination of their representation with Platinum Dolls.

5. Obligations Of The Model

The Model agrees to perform webcam modelling services in a professional manner and to adhere to all guidelines provided by Platinum Dolls. The Model agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information shared by Platinum Dolls or its clients. The Model acknowledges that they are solely responsible for any content they produce during webcam sessions and indemnifies Platinum Dolls against any claims arising from such content.

6. Payment

The Model agrees to the payment terms and conditions outlined by Platinum Dolls, including but not limited to commission rates, payment schedule, and payment methods. The Model acknowledges that Platinum Dolls shall deduct commissions and any applicable fees from their earnings as outlined in the payment terms.

7. Termination

Platinum Dolls reserves the right to terminate the Model's representation at any time for breach of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Platinum Dolls. The Model may terminate their representation with Platinum Dolls by providing written notice as outlined in section 4.

8. Amendments

Platinum Dolls reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The Model will be notified of any changes, and continued participation following notification constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

10. Continued Acceptance

The Model acknowledges and agrees that continued use of Platinum Dolls services, including but not limited to accessing the Platinum Dolls platform, engaging in webcam modelling activities, or receiving payments through Platinum Dolls, constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. By signing up with Platinum Dolls, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, including the clause regarding continued acceptance.
