How The Dolls Group handles information collected through Platinum Dolls.
Last updated: 29 September 2026.
Who is responsible for your information
The Dolls Group operates Platinum Dolls and is the controller responsible for personal information collected through this website and its application process. For privacy requests or questions, email [email protected].
Information we collect
When you apply, we collect your full name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, confirmation that you are 18 or over and have valid photo ID, acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, an optional different WhatsApp number, and up to three optional application images.
We also process submission and consent timestamps, a random submission reference, the website source, security and anti-spam results, and limited technical information needed for rate limiting, duplicate prevention, service security, and troubleshooting. We do not intentionally place applicant form fields in website analytics.
Why we use it and our lawful bases
We process application information to take steps at your request before entering an arrangement with you and for our legitimate interests in assessing applications, communicating with applicants, providing onboarding support, and operating an effective application service.
We process age and valid-ID confirmations, security information, and limited records where necessary to meet legal obligations and for our legitimate interests in running an adults-only service, preventing misuse and fraud, and protecting applicants, staff, and our systems.
How we use information
Application data is used to review your application, contact you, support onboarding, maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations for adult services. Application confirmation and service emails are part of the application you requested and support our legitimate interest in keeping you informed. If a third-party platform opportunity is later discussed, we will explain any extra information or terms needed before that applies.
We will not use your application details for marketing unless we ask for separate permission. The website does not make solely automated decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Analytics and cookies
Optional analytics and A/B testing rely on your consent and can be rejected or withdrawn through Cookie Settings without preventing an application. Applicant personal details are not stored in website analytics. Necessary cookies and similar technologies are used for consent choices, form security, anti-spam protection and duplicate-submission protection.
Sharing
Application data may be sent securely to authorised Dolls Group application staff, the private TDG applications system, third-party platform onboarding services where required, Cloudflare Turnstile for form security, Microsoft 365 for applicant emails, WhatsApp if you choose to use the quick-contact button, and our hosting or technical providers where needed to operate the website. Access is limited to people who need it for the application process. We do not sell applicant personal data.
International transfers
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where UK adequacy regulations do not apply, we use appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to approved standard contractual clauses, together with supplementary protections where required. Contact us for more information about relevant safeguards.
Security and retention
We use private server-side handling for application submissions. Optional images are validated, re-encoded, stripped of metadata where supported, temporarily held outside public uploads, securely forwarded, and removed from website temporary storage after forwarding or failure. The receiving applications system controls longer-term access.
How long we keep your information
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, or where we must retain it to meet legal, accounting, security or regulatory obligations.
Active members
We retain the information needed to manage your account, platform registrations, earnings, payments, training, support and access to the portal while your relationship with The Dolls Group remains active.
Inactive members
An account will normally be marked inactive after 30 consecutive days without recorded earnings. We may retain the member's operational profile for up to 12 months from the date it becomes inactive. This allows us to deal with reactivation requests, outstanding payments, account queries, disputes, fraud prevention and security matters.
At the end of this period, the account is reviewed. Personal information that is no longer required will be securely deleted or anonymised. Information will only be retained for longer where there is a documented legal or operational reason.
Financial and legal records
Certain payment, accounting and transaction records may need to be retained for longer to comply with tax, accounting or legal obligations. Access to these records is restricted and they will not be used for unrelated purposes.
Support information
Closed support tickets are normally removed three months after closure, unless they are still needed for an active complaint, dispute, safeguarding matter or legal obligation.
Application information and images
Application information is retained only while it is needed to process and manage the application. Application images are removed when an applicant is converted into a live member unless there is a lawful reason to retain them.
Deletion requests
You may ask us to delete your personal information at any time through the Model Portal or by emailing [email protected]. We aim to process requests within 28 days and will respond within the applicable legal timeframe.
The right to deletion is not absolute. We may retain limited information where this is necessary for outstanding payments, tax and accounting obligations, disputes, fraud prevention, security or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. We will explain if any information cannot be deleted.
Third-party platforms
Deleting your account from The Dolls Group does not delete an account held independently by a third-party platform. You must contact the relevant third-party platform directly about information held by it.
Backups
Encrypted backups are retained according to our backup schedule and are not used as active records. Deleted information may remain in a restricted backup until that backup expires. If a backup is restored, applicable deletion and anonymisation actions will be reapplied.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. These rights are not absolute where the law allows or requires us to keep information.
Adults only, contact and complaints
This service is strictly for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect applications from anyone under 18. If we learn that an under-18 applicant has provided information, we will stop processing the application and delete it unless a limited record must be kept for safeguarding, security, or legal reasons.
Email [email protected] for a privacy request or complaint. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office through ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.
We may update this policy when the website, application process, providers, or legal requirements change. The latest version and its update date will remain available here.
