Necessary cookies
Necessary cookies keep the website, consent choices, form security checks and duplicate-submission protection working.
vd_cookie_consent stores your choices for up to 12 months. vd_application_submission is an HTTP-only cookie that helps prevent accidental duplicate applications for up to 1 hour. vd_admin supports authorised staff sessions, and vd_admin_mfa_device stores a protected device token for up to 30 days only when an administrator chooses “Remember this device”.
Cloudflare Turnstile is used as necessary form security. Cloudflare may process technical information and use necessary browser storage to distinguish genuine applicants from automated abuse.
Analytics cookies
With consent, analytics measure aggregate page views, referrers, campaigns and application starts. Necessary operational diagnostics separately count submit attempts, requests received and accepted applications without using an analytics cookie. A failed attempt may retain its time, website page, HTTP status, broad category, safe technical error code, and restricted technical detail such as a rejected MIME type, upload-size limit or image dimensions for up to 90 days. Applicant names, form values, contact details, uploaded filenames, images and applicant identifiers are not included.
A/B testing cookies
With your A/B testing consent, vd_ab_* cookies remember which text or complete page design you see for up to 90 days. If you also allow analytics, we compare aggregate page views, application opens, submission errors and accepted applications for each version. Test reporting does not include your application details or images. Without testing consent, you see the standard page. You can withdraw consent at any time using cookie settings.
Changing your choice
Use the cookie settings button on this page to update or withdraw optional cookie consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before your choice changed. Necessary cookies cannot be disabled through our controls because the requested website and security features cannot operate reliably without them.
You can also delete or block cookies through your browser. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent consent choices, secure application submission, duplicate protection, or staff login from working correctly.
