Terms and Conditions for Platinum Dolls Webcam Modelling Agency

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your relationship with Platinumdolls, hereafter referred to as “the Agency” or “we”, and your participation as a webcam model, hereafter referred to as “the Model” or “you”. By signing up with Platinumdolls, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not proceed with the registration process.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Model must be at least 18 years of age or older to participate.

2.2. The Model must provide accurate and truthful information during the registration process.

2.3. The Model must have access to a reliable internet connection and suitable equipment for webcam modelling.

3. Platinumdolls Representation

3.1. By signing up with Platinumdolls, the Model agrees to grant Platinumdolls the exclusive right to represent them on the Streamate platform for a rolling period of six (6) months. This rolling period resets every time you login and start streaming.

3.2. During the term of representation, the Model agrees to conduct all webcam modelling activities exclusively through Platinumdolls on the Streamate platform.

3.3. If the Model joins Streamate under Platinumdolls, they agree to be tied to Platinumdolls for a period of six (6) months. In the event the Model wishes to terminate their representation with Platinumdolls before the expiration of the six-month period, they must provide written notice to Platinumdolls. However, the Model acknowledges and agrees that they will be unable to use the Streamate platform for a further six (6) months from the date of termination of their representation with Platinumdolls.

3.4. The Model acknowledges that any attempt to circumvent this exclusivity clause on the Streamate platform may result in termination of their contract with Platinumdolls.

4. Duration of Representation

4.1. The term of representation with Platinumdolls shall commence upon the Model’s registration with Platinumdolls and shall continue for a rolling period of six (6) months for the Streamate platform. This rolling period resets every time you login and start streaming.

4.2. If the Model wishes to terminate their representation with Platinumdolls, they must provide written notice to Platinumdolls. However, the Model acknowledges and agrees that they will be unable to use the Streamate platform for a further six (6) months from the date of termination of their representation with Platinumdolls.

5. Obligations of the Model

5.1. The Model agrees to perform webcam modelling services in a professional manner and to adhere to all guidelines provided by Platinumdolls.

5.2. The Model agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information shared by Platinumdolls or its clients.

5.3. The Model acknowledges that they are solely responsible for any content they produce during webcam sessions and indemnifies Platinumdolls against any claims arising from such content.

6. Payment

6.1. The Model agrees to the payment terms and conditions outlined by Platinumdolls, including but not limited to commission rates, payment schedule, and payment methods.

6.2. The Model acknowledges that Platinumdolls shall deduct commissions and any applicable fees from their earnings as outlined in the payment terms.

7. Termination

7.1. Platinumdolls reserves the right to terminate the Model’s representation at any time for breach of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Platinumdolls.

7.2. The Model may terminate their representation with Platinumdolls by providing written notice as outlined in section 4.2.

8. Amendments

8.1. Platinumdolls reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The Model will be notified of any changes, and continued participation following notification constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

10. Continued Acceptance

10.1. The Model acknowledges and agrees that continued use of Platinumdolls services, including but not limited to accessing the Platinumdolls platform, engaging in webcam modelling activities, or receiving payments through Platinumdolls, constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

By signing up with Platinumdolls, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, including the clause regarding continued acceptance.
